Housekeeper Job in Lincoln, Nebraska

I have a 4b/3ba that will need weekly to bi-weekly cleaning based on how it rents. This is an Airbnb unit. So, it will need the linens washed and changed out. A quick inventory taken, and anything lost/broken/stolen/or needs replacement reported. The beds need to be made to my specifications, I'm strict about this. Dishes done and put away. The place needs to look gorgeous when you're done. Excellent communication skills, a strong base in customer service, a sense of urgency, timeliness, and the willingness to go above and beyond is required. This place rents out a lot, and normally needs weekly cleaning. My standard is pretty high, but if you kick ass and can take this off my plate, I'll happily pay you more. $25 is the starting rate.
