Position Summary: We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Director. The purpose of this position is to manage the personnel and operations of the Housekeeping department and to ensure that the club is consistently clean and neat and meets all Villasport standards for cleanliness, safety, and effective/efficient housekeeping operations. Create club-wide awareness of the importance of cleanliness and safety to the overall success of the company. Qualifications: • Minimum of two years experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Director at a business with similar standards to VillaSport. • Two years of college preferred; 4 years with a degree is a plus. • Prior experience in front-line housekeeping positions is a plus (i.e., hands-on knowledge). • Proven success in customer service and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent training and coaching skills. • Computer literacy and financial management skills. • Eye for and attention to detail. • Obsession with cleanliness and service (and ability to instill it in others). • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as business demands. • Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus. • First Aid/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire date.
