Housekeeper Job in Lakeland, Florida

I live in North Lakeland off of Raulerson. Do you come up here? My wife and I are looking for a one time cleaning of our house, and possibly a repeating monthly frequency depending on pricing and other variables. We live in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with laminate, tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Outside of the normal cleaning (dust, bathrooms, vacuum, mop etc.), we want everything dusted (lights, furniture, the wall baseboards, blinds), and the back windows of the house cleaned (windows cleaned on the inside only, glass door, inside and out)-- there are four normal sized windows and a glass door (not slider) along the back of the house. We would also want our A/C air intake vent cleaned by the air handler (inside the house). We would like the part of the windows where the locks are, the white part, not the glass, cleaned, this is every window throughout the house. The living room furniture is decently movable, for cleaning under, and it's on the felt protectors for the laminate floors.
