We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a private family residence. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, a good understanding of household maintenance, and a commitment to providing high-quality service while respecting the family's privacy. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning & Organization: Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Maintain organization in all rooms, closets, and storage areas. Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. Maintain a clean kitchen. Wash, fold, and organize laundry, including handling delicate fabrics with care and changing bed linens. Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to ensure the home is always spotless. Household Maintenance: Regularly check and ensure household supplies such as cleaning products, toiletries, and other essentials are stocked. Assist with organizing and setting up for family events, guests, or special occasions. Errands & Additional Duties: Run errands as needed, such as grocery shopping or picking up supplies. Assist with meal prep or kitchen-related tasks Ensure all household areas are well-maintained and organized at all times. Qualifications: Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully. High level of trustworthiness and discretion, especially in a private family setting. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to perform physical tasks and lift cleaning equipment as needed. Must have a positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt to the family’s specific preferences and routines. Additional Requirements: Background check, criminal record check and references required. Driver’s license and own transportation may be preferred for running errands. Fluency in English.
