We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and efficient housekeeper to manage a private home with exacting standards. This role is expected to need 20 hours a week in the Preston Hollow area. Key Responsibilities: Laundry and Ironing Excellence: 1. Manage all aspects of laundry with an emphasis on precision and care, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding. 2. Iron and steam garments and linens to perfection, ensuring crisp finishes and proper handling of delicate fabrics. 3. Maintain a deep understanding of fabric care labels and handle specialty items appropriately. Household Cleaning and Organization: 1.Perform daily cleaning of all household areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces, adhering to strict cleanliness and organization standards. 2.Ensure all surfaces are spotless, clutter-free, and arranged to the homeowner’s preferences. 3.Keep a mental catalog of organizational systems, ensuring items are always returned to their designated place. Efficiency and Time Management: 1. Work quickly and methodically to complete tasks without sacrificing quality. 2. Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs seamlessly. 3.Maintain a proactive approach to identify tasks that need attention before being asked. Attention to Detail and Memory: 1.Remember and implement specific preferences for cleaning techniques, laundry methods, and household arrangements. 2.Keep detailed mental notes on preferences such as how towels are folded, shirts are pressed, or specific items are stored. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional housekeeping experience in high-standard homes or similar environments. Expertise in laundry care, including stain removal, ironing, and fabric maintenance. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail. A discreet and professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while on your feet for extended periods. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of luxury household appliances and cleaning products. Experience working in homes with high-performance or executive standards (e.g., similar to celebrity or high-net-worth individuals).
