I need someone to come in 3-4 afternoons per week to stay on top of things - kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, floors - as I care for my two toddler children. Some babysitting a few evenings/wk would be helpful as well. Looking for someone responsible, experienced, grounded, good with kids, mature with solid references.
