I have a property that I'm going to VRBO. that means after every stay, the housekeeper needs to go in and wash all the sheets, towels, clean the property thoroughly. vacuums, dust, sweep, mop etc etc. A complete housecleaning. Housemanager is also required to check stock on soaps and tissues and for any damage done since the last rental and report it to the owner immediately. There is a separate gardner, but house manger will be require to check up on the yard and make sure its tidy and sweep or blow if necessary between yard cleaning. Manage the recycle and garbage pick up
