Housekeeper Job in Carrollton, Texas

Hello! We are looking for a housekeeper to clean once a month for two hours. I'd like to keep this service as affordable as possible. We really don't want to go over $50 a month if possible. We live in a small townhouse in Carrollton. Half bath downstairs, two full baths upstairs, master bedroom and office. Total of 1,168 square feet. Downstairs is hardwood floors and tile that I cannot seem to keep clean! We have a large dog (very friendly) who sheds a lot. I'm looking for someone to sweep, vacuum and mop downstairs flooring. Dusting furniture throughout the townhouse, vacuuming the carpet in bedrooms and stairs, cleaning the toilets, sinks and showers. I would like the baseboards and blinds to be cleaned every 3rd month as well. I will not need any laundry or dishes done. I am looking for someone who is trustworthy, friendly, speaks english and likes large dogs.
