Hi my name is Chandler, I own a home in North Garden, VA that is about to go on Airbnb for rental in October. I am not local, but do have a lot of family in the area to check on the house, as well as frequently visiting. I am looking for someone who is hardworking, trustworthy, particular, loyal, flexible, and caring to come clean after each rental and prep the house for the next guest. The home will be available for week or weekend rentals most of the year, but there will be various weeks or weekends that will be reserved for family. Time off can be requested given proper notice (2 weeks ahead minimum). Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Vacuum and mop all floors Dust and clean surfaces Wipe window interiors Take our trash and recycling Declutter and organize shelves and counters Spray furniture with anti-allergen Febreze to prevent odors Wipe down all appliances and cabinets Clean microwave interior and exterior Clean sinks, faucets, countertops, and backsplash Scrub and sanitize toilets, showers, bathrubs, and sinks Wipe bathroom mirrors, countertops, faucets, fixtures, and cabinets Remove dirty towels, bathmats, and laundry Strip beds Make beds Stack clean towels Empty bathroom trash cans Sweep porches and rearrange furniture Restock toilet paper, paper towels, and essentials as needed Wash laundry
