I need a person to be present at 110 Cartagena Drive, Brick NJ 08723 on 10/19 between 10 am and 5pm while a former tenant, a woman, comes to the premises to pack and remove her things. Tasks are likely to include:
1. Picking up key from local realtor and opening the house
2. Ensuring former tenant causes no damage.
3. Ensuring tenant does not take water heater and ceiling fan.
4. Ensuring tenant takes all her possessions inc. the fridge and stove and leaves the premises broom clean.
5. Giving the key to the realtor after the job is finished.
These tasks will be confirmed closer to the day.
I would need to be in communication with you about this to give a little more detail. I will be off the air Sunday sundown till Tuesday sundown.
