Housekeeper Job in Ottawa, Ontario

Full-time (30hrs/week) 2 years term/contract Salary will be $19/hr Must be able to start immediately Requirement for the position: • Some work experience as a housekeeper in a private home setting is highly desired • Required language at work is English • Completion of high school (12 years of schooling) is desired but not a requirement • Must be able to work independently • Must undergo vulnerable sector check • Must be immunized for COVID-19 • Must undergo reference check Duties will include: • Assume full responsibility of household in absence of householder • Shop for food and household supplies on occasions • Prepare and serve nutritious meals • Preparing breakfast and lunch bag • Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties • Provide companionship if/when needed
