Hello my name is James. My company is looking for cleaners to turnover short term rentals at the end of a guests stay. Jobs including cleaning house, changing linens, washing linens if washer and dryer at location. Setting house up ready for incoming guests. There will be instruction on how to complete a good turnover clean, and you will follow an app with instructions to complete the clean as our other cleaners do. Cleaning 1 bed and studio apartments. $50 per clean. Expectation is that each apartment can be completed in 2 hours, so $25 per hour rate.
