Housekeeper Job in Parksville, South Carolina

Hello, I have a 4 BR/2BA vacation rental on Clark's Hill lake. I am looking for someone to clean the house prior to renters checking in. Duties include: -laundering sheets and towels -making 7 beds -emptying dishwasher -dusting -cleaning all surfaces (kitchen counters, appliances, bathrooms, showers, counters, furniture) The house is a dedicated rental, so there are not any personal belongings to organize or slow you down. It usually takes 3-4 hours and we are offering a flat rate of. We average 10-15 renters per year. We have an immediate need by 4/1, but most of the renters are in the summer.
