Housekeeper Job in Kailua, Hawaii

This House Aid position is long term, working in our home here in Kailua. The pay range is from $20 - $30/ hr based on skill level and experience. Food preparation / cooking is a required skill. We are looking for a qualified, reliable, knowledgable individual with excellent work ethics, a positive disposition and their own means of transportation. Responsibilities: - Cuisine / Food preparation ** Preferably individuals experienced with healthy cuisine (vegan/ vegetarian cooking a plus), ability to follow recipes with knowledge of measuring equipment and various kitchen tools (food processors, blenders, scales, etc.) - Grocery shopping - Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming (Deep cleaning when needed) - Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas in the house - Ensure that all rooms are properly stocked with supplies - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchen including dishes, and other common areas - Change bed linens and make beds - Handle laundry and ironing tasks Experience: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products - Skill in cuisine, knowledge of cooking tools and ability to follow recipes - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Applicants must be dependable, punctual and hard working.
