Philly Fresh Cleaning & Painting is a residential & commercial based in Bala Cynwyd servicing homes & offices in and around Philadelphia. We do weekly/bi-weekly/monthly cleanings, move in/outs, deep cleans, post construction & office cleaning. We are currently looking to partner with outside, independent cleaners to help us keep up with the demand for our services, as our current staff is at capacity and we have more jobs than we can handle, and that's where you come in! Set your own flexible schedule. All of our partner cleaners are independent contractors - you can work as much or as little as you'd like - Your schedule is 100% flexible. We only send you jobs that are 100% booked, no need to follow up with anyone anymore because the job is already scheduled. You get paid weekly via direct deposit after you complete a job, no more waiting for customers to send you a check or not being able to pay at all when they don't have cash, no more chasing customers to pay you the money they owe. We take care of all the marketing, scheduling, customer service and paperwork - all you have to do is show up and do your best work. Be treated with respect and have your voice heard - our customers know we are vetted and insured and we have dozens of 5 star reviews on Google, so you'll never have to deal with suspicious or annoying customers. We charge a flat fee based on square footage. The prices below reflect our rates for a deep clean. We add $25 to your payment for a Move In/Out clean, and an additional 25% on top of that for Post Construction Cleanups. You also get additional money for extras, like inside of the fridge, inside of the oven, laundry, dishes etc. Finally, you keep 100% of all tips, and we send several text messages and emails after each job to remind our customers of your hard work, and that tips are encouraged :) ______________________________________________________________________ How much will I get paid?
