Seeking :positive, professional and detail-oriented Home Manager & Coordinator. This person will be pleasant to work with, enjoy cleaning, disinfecting, organizing and, light meal prep (tea, coffee, toast, wraps, etc) and assisting with projects that make a house a home. weekly tasks: 4-6 hours of cleaning: Hardwood floors -vacuumed & steamed 1-2x per week Kitchen - stainless steel gas stove, reline oven with foil, fisher in/out dishwasher, kitchen floors, keep refrigerator fresh Sweep balcony, front porch 3-4 bathrooms - disinfected (bleach fabuloso) Living rooms x 3-4 - (office, study, general living) 2-3 bdrms (mainly master bdrm) Organization, Decor & Coordinating Arrange flowers, plants, shelves, closets, pantry, files, seasonal decorations, etc
