Housekeeper Job in Short Hills, New Jersey

Looking for an all-purpose home organization assistant and housekeeper for a very busy household with young children and a dog. Should be interested in making and following through on a plan to keep our entire home organized and clean. This would not just be scrubbing, dusting, and polishing - we are looking for someone smart and committed to working closely with us to figure out the right place for things to get put away in the house so we can keep everything neat and organized. In addition to keeping the house organized and clean, we would also like someone who can run occassional errands such as shopping, laundry / dry cleaning, etc. Some help with the dog such as walking or exercise would be a huge plus too. Also some regular simple maintenance of things in the house - changing batteries, cleaning appliances, replacing towels, etc. Expecting this to be a regular daily position. Evening and weekend help would be most appreciated, especially at first, so we can work together during times that we are home to figure out how to get the house in order.
