Housekeeper Job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Hey, my name is Peter. I'm looking for a weekly (possibly biweekly) cleaning service for a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom row home in Philly. Our home was built in 2019 and is finished and well maintained thoughout, so this is for maintenance cleaning, not deep cleaning/grime removal. 4 to 5 hours per visit should be plenty, and ideally would take place on a Monday or Tuesday afternoon, though Wednesday and Friday afternoons are viable as well. There are always parking spaces available on street on my block. Details are below: 2 adults and a baby 4 level row home: Finished basement, full bath (rarely used) Kitchen, living room, half bath 2 bedrooms, full bath (rarely used) Master bedroom, full bath We can provide a lightweight, powerful vacuum, which is great for this vertical rowhome.
