Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team. This part-time position will initially require21 hours per week, with3 days of3-hour shifts and4 days of4-hour shifts. The Personal Assistant will have two pay options to choose from, depending on their preference and qualifications. Pay Options 1. Option1: Starting pay of $18.55 per hour with benefits, including: - $100 daycare reimbursement - Medical, vision, and dental insurance -401k retirement plan - Holiday pay - Sick pay 2. Option2: Pay of $20 per hour with benefits, including: - Vision insurance - Holiday pay - Sick pay Payment Schedule The chosen candidate will receive weekly pay with two options for receiving their wages. They can opt for70% of their pay to be received after each shift, with the remaining30% paid on Friday. Alternatively, they can choose to receive their full pay on Friday. Training and Supplies We provide comprehensive training to ensure the successful candidate is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role. Additionally, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplies will be provided if needed. Requirements The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent communication skills - Punctuality and timeliness - Strong organizational skills - Standard computer and phone skills General Tasks The Personal Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: - Light cleaning duties - Light cooking - Running errands - Attending meetings and taking notes - Calendar and travel management Screening Process All applicants must be able to pass a drug and background screening. Fluency in English is required, and fluency in French is highly desirable. Future Opportunities After a probationary period, there may be consideration for a full-time position, with starting pay at $25 per hour.
