Housekeeper Job in Great Falls, Virginia

A Great Falls Family is looking for a full time housekeeper; a person who is attentive, detail oriented, and nuanced about how the home is run and kept. This is a full-time, long-term employment opportunity. Typical duties include, but are not limited to, full laundry (wash, dry, iron, put away, closet organization) pantry organization and stocking, grocery pickup, sweeping and mopping, cleaning of kitchen, wash and organize dishes, full cleaning of bathrooms, make beds, and general errands can be expected on any one day. Typical week is Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm (some weekends and holidays required) with lunch breaks and three weeks paid vacation. The candidate must have their own transportation, United States work authorizations or citizenship, and have a conversational understanding of English or Afrikaans. This position is paid per hour two times a month (10th and 25th) with taxes withheld via W2 as an employee of the household.
