Airbnb turnover specialist needed. Two Bedroom, 1 bathroom home. 800 SF Attention to detail is important. Each guest will be rating their stay for cleanliness and we want a 5 star clean! There will be a bonus for each guest review that mentions how clean they found the house. And that will ultimately lead to more opportunities for your turnovers. Checklist will be provided for the clean that will also include restocking and preparing the home for new guests. If you can arrange for simple home repairs on short notice or have experience with basic home maintenance and repairs yourself, you would be perfect for the job. Sometimes after a stay, there will be damage or for example a lightbulb has burnt out, that would be an example of the type of things we need your help with.
