We are hiring a reliable and experienced full-time cleaner (40 hours/week) to join our team at a newly constructed, high-quality rental building located in a thoughtfully designed masterplan community in Langford. 🔹 Position Details: * Wage: $25/hour * Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday * Location: Jacklin Road, Langford * Start Date: Immediate * Bonus: Potential substantial rent rebate at the building for qualified team members. 🔹 Responsibilities: * Cleaning of all interior common areas: lobbies, hallways, elevators, and amenity spaces * Move-out suite cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies * Professional carpet cleaning using on-site equipment (training available) * Light pressure washing of patios, railings, and building entrances * Maintaining garbage rooms, entryways, and stairwells * Restocking paper products and cleaning supplies as needed 🔹 Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial) * Experience with carpet cleaning equipment preferred (training provided if needed) * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently * Must have a phone and reliable transportation * Physically able to perform all cleaning duties and use equipment safely This is a long-term, stable opportunity in a professionally managed building with consistent hours and a supportive team environment. 📩 To apply: Please text or message us for full details.
