Housekeeper Job in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Hello! I am the owner of Pittsburgh Furnished Rentals LLC, which specializes in offering fully furnished rentals on a nightly, weekly and monthly basis here in Pittsburgh. I am actively searching for full time house keepers to help with our daily operations and guest turnovers. We are one of the biggest short term rental operators in the city with over 20 units and are actively growing. All of our work will primarily be between the hours of 10am - 4pm each day as that is our standard check in and check out time. I have both full time positions and part time positions available. For full time positions, I can offer work 5 days/ week from 9 - 5. The pay starts at $15 per hour, which comes out to $2400 per month, where you will be expected to be available for 40 hours of work each week. I can not pay for vacation days or call off days, but you will be offered alternative shifts when available to make up days off if you'd like. Housekeeping is the lifeblood of our business and everyone in my company starts off with housekeeping work because of how important it is. The housekeeping work represents our guests first impression of our homes and often determines whether or not a guest has a positive or negative experience staying with us. You will be part of a small team that is dedicated and committed to offering 5 star hospitality for our guests. Everyone in our company, including myself as the owner, does housekeeping work and you will be thoroughly trained on all that you need to know. I will provide you with all of the supplies that you need and spend a few days of one on one training before you will be expected to start cleaning on your own. I am seeking people that I can trust to show up to work when scheduled, are willing to pay close attention to the details, and are eager to learn.
