Housekeeper Requirements 1. Schedule: Full time (Monday to Friday) and flexible/willing to work occasional events on the weekend and long hours 2. Hourly rate: Competitive pay depending on experience. 3. Local Search Only: Within 15-25 miles. Familiar with the East Bay! 4. Living: Off Site 5. Health Care Benefits: Health care stypined included 6. House size: 5500 square feet 7. City: Lafayette, Ca 8. Pets: 2 dogs (cats, but are moving in the coming month or two) 9. Children: Current: 1 kid, age 4 who is home 3 days per week. Effective January 2019-Newborn twins 10. Responsibilities: General housekeeping for a family home, organization for our home, cook 1 meal per day, help with family events as needed 11. Pet care: Responsible for cooking and preparing food for two dogs with specific dietary needs administrating medicine as needed 10. Children: loading and unloading car seats for children, occasionally lunch prep, meal prep (Breakfast, lunch) 11. Laundry: knowledge of specialized laundry care for a variety of clothes, fabrics, steaming clothes, and furniture care 12. Positive Attitude: no job too big or too little-team player willing to be flexible and help the team and family in anyway possible. Please note this may require tasks not specified in job description (subject to change to meet the ever demanding needs for the family) 13. Confidentiality: willing to sign a NDA Requirements: 1. Full background check will be conducted. Candidate must have clean background. 2. Experience: 10 yrs experience in a home 5000 sq ft or larger as a head housekeeper 3. Obsessed with organization 4. Family eats Peruvian food. If she is Peruvian, thats great. If not, then she is a really good cook who can learn recipes and knows how to source healthy ingredients to keep fats under control. (doesnt use lard or excess oil) 5. Able to make herself "invisible" when necessary 6. Gets the job done within the allotted time of her workday. On occasion is willing to work some extra hours to assist with events (about every other month we have a family event) 7.Valid DL Trial with family- organize an area of our house/cook a dinner for the family, clean master bedroom etc.
