Housekeeper Job in Seattle, Washington

Hello! We have a 3-bedroom, roughly 1600-170... square foot home, and we are looking for an environmentally friendly house cleaner to help out. We have hardwood floors that require special care. We have sensitivities in the home to certain cleaners and materials - so we provide EVERYTHING you'll need to clean our home and are glad to properly show you how to use them. In general, the following services are needed on a weekly basis: cleaning all floors and baseboards, wet-wipe dusting of furniture, windows/window shade cleaning, full cleaning (top to bottom, in and out) of kitchen, and bathrooms (3). Organize and tidy up as you go along - I will help guide the first week or two so you know where everything goes. On an as-needed basis, some odd jobs may include wet-wipe walls, spring cleaning of storage areas and outdoor patio, etc. Understanding, reading and writing in English is necessary as I normally leave written instructions and ask for feedback for supplies and other notes. I'm very keen on clear communication and making sure everyone is on the same page. The starting pay for this position during training is $10/hr. Usually after 1-2 weeks of cleaning and plenty of feedback, if the housekeeper is following the written routine pretty well, the ongoing pay is bumped up to $15-18, depending on level of skill. We need help ASAP (as our current college-kid housekeepers are now moving onto their new jobs). Ideally, we'd like the cleaner to clean twice weekly, totaling 10-15 hrs/week.
