Housekeeper Job in Potomac, Maryland

We need some help! We are offering $350 per week (negotiable for the right person!) plus year-end bonus and holidays for a housekeeper. We really need a clean, organized home by someone trustworthy who is willing to get to know our family's needs to do the best job possible. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities - Sort, wash, load and unload laundry for four kids and one adult - Iron and press clothing and linen - Sort, fold and put away clean laundry for the appropriate family member - Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors - Vacuum clean carpets, rugs, stairways and draperies - Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery periodically as needed - Dust and polish furniture and fittings - Clean/dust fixtures and ceiling light sockets - Empty and clean all trash containers - Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers - Wipe down glass surfaces - Make up beds and change linens as required - Tidy up and organize rooms - Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements - Check and purchase groceries and household supplies to maintain adequate levels - Wash dishes and clean kitchen - Clean appliances - Run errands from time to time - Inventory, order and stock the laundry room with all needed equipment and supplies per guidelines provided. - Replace light bulbs.
