This is a full-time or part-time 1099 position, offering flexibility to manage your own schedule and work environment as a cleaner service provider. Our Bonuses Program: 5-star Bonus: Receive a $10 bonus for each 5-star review from clients. Punctuality Bonus: Make every appointment on time for a streak of 4 cleanings and receive $40. (8 appointments in a row, $80, and so on for on time streaks! Same-Day Service Bonus: Accept a same-day cleaning job and get $20 extra per job. Referral Bonus: Earn $5 per completed booking by a cleaner you refer to us, and $50 for each new client who books a service. Requirements: - No experience required, but 1 year of professional cleaning experience is preferred - Must be able to have a conversation in English. - Must be comfortable using a smartphone for updating availability, checking in and out, taking before and after photos, etc. - Be within 40 minutes of Honolulu - Valid driver's license and method of transportation. - Willing to undergo a background check.
