Housekeeper Job in Lafayette, California

Hi there! I'm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to help me keep my home in Lafayette, California clean and organized. I need someone who can take care of general room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and dishwashing. Additionally, I would like someone who can handle fridge cleaning and window washing on a regular basis. I'm willing to pay $45.00 per hour for the right person. 🧹 General Housekeeping Vacuum and mop all floors and surface areas Tidy all living areas, straighten items, and wipe down surfaces Do dishes and clean the kitchen daily Make all beds on days linens are not being washed Do not enter the master bedroom before 11:00 AM 🧺 Laundry & Linens Do personal laundry both days; separate delicates as needed Use downstairs laundry facilities before 11:00 AM if needed Wash bed sheets once per week (rotate bedrooms if applicable) Pick up, drop off, and put away dry cleaning No starch Hang items on designated personal hangers 🍽 Kitchen & Food Inventory Empty old leftovers from the refrigerator Check and track inventory of kitchen staples (e.g. oils, seasonings, snacks) Send Amanda updates if restocking is needed 🗑 Trash & Recycling Take out all household trash and recycling at the end of each workday Ensure bins are clean and relined 📦 Special Instructions & Communication Open all packages; send photos to Amanda for placement instructions Notify Amanda when supplies (paper goods, cleaning products, etc.) run low 🔄 Weekly Rotating Duties Deep-clean one zone per week (e.g. kitchen appliances, baseboards, windows) Rotate focus areas across weeks to keep the whole house maintained Organize one small space (closet, pantry, cabinet) if time allows 🕰 Time-Based Notes Avoid entering master bedroom before 11:00 AM Use downstairs laundry room before 11:00 AM if laundry is needed Adjust tasks to alternate some areas between different days If you're interested in this opportunity, please send me a message with a little bit about your experience and availability.
