About the Role: We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive House Manager to oversee the daily operations and organization of a private Midtown Atlanta residence. This part-time position involves managing household routines, light tidying, errand running, pet care, and occasional coordination with vendors and service providers. Key Responsibilities: Household Operations & Organization Perform daily tidying and light upkeep of living areas, kitchen, bedroom, and outdoor spaces Keep track of household supplies and inventory; coordinate replenishments as needed Manage laundry, including care for delicate and specialty items Assist with occasional meal prep and grocery runs Pet Care (Parrot): Provide daily care for Geoffrey the parrot, including feeding and maintaining clean spaces Coordinate vet appointments and occasional boarding drop-offs Errands & Vendor Coordination Run errands including dry cleaning, pharmacy pickups, and vehicle maintenance Coordinate with household service providers and vendors when necessary Assist with light administrative household tasks (tracking expenses, scheduling services) Airbnb Turnovers (Occasional) Assist with cleaning and resetting a small on-site Airbnb space between guest stays Restock toiletries and amenities as needed What We’re Looking For: Highly organized, dependable, and proactive Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable with light pet care (parrot experience not required — training provided) Trustworthy with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Schedule & Compensation: Part-time, Monday–Friday (flexible hours based on daily task load) Occasional weekend or evening requests as needed Competitive hourly pay, based on experience How to Apply: If you’re organized, responsible, and enjoy supporting a well-run household, we’d love to hear from you.
