I am searching for a housekeeper, preferably a team, to work in Sevierville, Tennessee, starting September, 2023. . I plan to find a hard working candidate who is flexible and can clean our vacation rental home. January-March is slow-once a week. April-May twice a week. June, July and August are our busiest months and are booked solid.. Must be able to start after check-out at 10:30AM. and be done by 4PM. Details: Our vacation rental home is a 4BR/2Bth. 1600sf unit that requires room clean up, bed changing, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, washing linens, dishes and clean the hot tub. Must have dependable, reliable transportation. Our best-possible candidate would have worked in a professional cleaning capacity.
