Hello from the team at PlushyHost...... We are currently seeking to hire professional housekeepers for regular vacation rental home cleanings in the following cities: Dallas, TX Washington, DC Atlanta, GA Los Angeles, CA Orange County, CA San Diego, CA Phoenix, AZ Houston, TX Nashville, TN New Orleans, LA Tampa, FL Orlando, FL Boston, MA Applicants with prior housekeeping experience specific to vacation rental homes and/or short-term rental properties strongly preferred. Basic cleaning requirements include: PRE-CLEANING INSPECTION o Inspect for damage to the home and/or furnishings, including (1) any trash or food waste remaining inside the home, (2) missing linens, sheets, towels or any other items, (3) evidence of smoking or pets inside the home, (4) carpet or upholstery staining, (5) soiled or stained linens, sheets or towels, (6) evidence of pest control issues, and (7) required repairs or routine maintenance items (please send photos and a brief description of any such items to the housekeeping manager prior to the cleaning) ALL AREAS OF PROPERTY o Dust exposed horizontal surfaces o Empty wastebaskets and replace trash bags (all waste must be removed from the home and disposed of offsite) o Spot clean doorknobs and light switches o Vacuum and mop floors o Clean, dry and shine mirrors KITCHEN o General Cleaning – See “All Areas of Property” o Replace consumable items as needed (paper towels, hand soap, dish soap) o Clean used glasses, silverware and dishes, load/unload dishwasher if needed o Clean inside and outside of microwave, toaster and coffee maker o Clean, dry and shine sink(s) o Clean oven and fridge surface; dispose of any remaining food items o Clean upper side of range o Clean surface of countertops o Spot clean of exterior of cupboards, oven and fridge WASHROOM(S) o General Cleaning – See “All Areas of Property” o Replace used bath towels, bath mats and hand towels (used towels and bathmats to be washed offsite and returned to the housekeeping closet during the next scheduled cleaning) o Replace consumable items as needed (toilet paper, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner) o Full service of tub or shower area, including walls/glass o Clean, dry and shine sink(s), mirrors, chrome and tile o Scrub and sanitize toilets o Spot clean exterior of cabinets o Clean surface of countertops BEDROOM(S) o General cleaning – See “All Areas of Property” o Make bed and change sheets, linens and duvet covers, including any sleeper sofas (all used sheets, linens and duvet covers should be washed offsite and returned to the housekeeping closet during the next scheduled cleaning) FINAL INSPECTION o Ensure general cleaning of entire unit – See “All Areas of Property” o Ensure any clean sheets, linens or towels that may have been washed onsite are removed from the dryer and stored in the housekeeping closet o Ensure all trash bags, used cleaning rags, and used cleaning supplies have been removed from the premises and disposed offsite o Ensure the thermostat is set to OFF and the fan is set to AUTO o Ensure that any damage or required repairs that were revealed during the cleaning have been reported to the housekeeping manager along with photos and a brief description. Currently seeking cleaning bids for homes and condominiums generally ranging from 2-6 bedrooms. Please note that the set per cleaning bid amount must include the following services: (1) all housekeeping and basic turnover requirements listed above, (2) replacement of all consumable items, including hand and body soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, (3) linen and towel service, (4) trash removal and disposal offsite, (5) property damage inspection and reporting, and (6) submission of photos upon completion. Must be able to complete all scheduled cleanings between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Minimum required cleaning schedule is generally 4-6 turnovers per month with additional cleanings required during certain times of the year.
