Housekeeper Job in Emerald Isle, North Carolina

Overview: My name is Mary Ann. I am looking for a reliable, detailed & thorough housecleaner that does a great quality job cleaning a beach house in Emerald Isle, North Carolina. I rent out the house every week. Guests check in at 4 PM on Saturday, check out at 10 AM the following Saturday. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on two levels. 1,800 square feet. House cleaning will be every week on Saturday from 10AM to 3:30 PM. The house cleaner has to ensure that the whole house is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized and ready for the next guests. Duties: 1. Wash all sheets, duvet covers & towels. 2. Get all beds ready & all towels. 3. Vacuum & mop all floors. 4. All kitchen appliances - 2 refrigerators, stove top, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, etc are clean inside and out. 5. Clean & sanitize kitchen countertops, sink, dishwasher, etc. 6. Clean & sanitize all bathrooms, floors, sinks, etc. 7. Clean all indoor windows & glass doors. 8. Clean top deck & 2nd floor deck free of sand, etc. 9. Hose down sand the outdoor shower on ground floor. 10. Hose down sand the access door to house on ground floor. 11. Ensure the outdoor grills are clean & ready to use by next guests. 12. Clean the ground floor area where picnic table, hammock & grills are. 13. Hose down beach chairs & toys of sand, if needed. Cleaning will start on July 17, 2021 at 10AM-3:30PM.
