Housekeeper Job in Long Beach, California

My daughter Kerry, has neglected her apt. and it is now overwhelming. She cannot stand for very long and has just given up. I live in Ventura County and due to age and recent back surgery am unable to travel there myself. I am a former resident of Long Beach and worked as the City's Homeless Coordinator for over 5 years. Kerry's landlord has raised her rent and is threatening eviction. I can help with the rent but due to her disability and subsequent depression Kerry has become reclusive and somewhat of a hoarder. She needs cleaning help desperately but also some compassion and understanding not blame and disgust for allowing her place to deteriorate. I think this requires more than one person at least for the initial cleaning. If all goes well we would need a regular weekly schedule. The need for help is ASAP for the first time. I am totally reliable and will pay on time with no problems. Thank you for your consideration. ps Kerry is bright and funny, no big problems.
