Housekeeper Job in Delmar, Maryland

Looking for a sweet, flexible, diligent and trustworthy housekeeper to assist with maintaining our 3,000 sq. ft. home in Delmar, Maryland. The ideal candidate should be bonded (or background checked) and be able to handle various tasks including light bathroom cleaning, dishwashing, tidying and organizing all rooms, including the kitchen. She will sometimes need to work closely with me to handle household decor. We are offering a competitive rate of $20.00 per hour for the right candidate. We are a pleasant family of 3, me, my husband and our 23 yr old college student. We are a very nice family, but it can get a bit chaotic around here (we have 4 other family members who live in a basement apartment, which will not require cleaning at this time). We have no young children who make messes, but the husband does ;-) I have bad knees so need help around the house. Our home is generally tidy, but we travel and do a lot of purchasing, so at times the home can get very messy (but not dirty). I will need help with packing, unpacking, for travel and for putting away purchased items, etc. Responsibilities will also include light cleaning of the bathrooms; maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen by doing dishes, wiping counters and keeping spaces organized. Primary rooms which require maintenance are the family room, the master bedroom and the kitchen. Dining room only requires occasional vacuuming and dusting, but I change my dining room decor every season and need help with setting up and breaking down dining displays. We also require Laundry assistance, wash, dry, sort, fold, put away clothing etc. Many tasks will be occasional. Ideally, we'd like someone who can be flexible w hours and come 2-3 times a week sometimes and maybe 1 or 2 at other times.
