Housekeeper Job in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

Seeking part-time housekeeper for a single family home. The home consist of 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 large kitchen, living room. The shift is 10:00am-2:00pm One 15 Minute break. The housekeeper is expected to report to the home once a month on a Tuesday, Wednesday, OR Thursday. Will consider additional shifts as home needs require or demand. Job Duties: • Sweeping, mopping, dusting to remove dirt, debris, and dust from floors and other surfaces. • Washing dishes • Washing windows and walls. • Scrubbing toilets, showers, baths, and bathroom sinks as well as removing mildew buildup and mold from various surfaces. • Wiping down and cleaning out kitchen appliances, equipment, and counters to remove dirt, grease, and grime. • Regularly emptying wastebaskets and disposing of all rubbish. • Washing, drying, and folding if needed on that day. • Maintaining an accurate record of all cleaning tasks completed each day.(Check list will be provided at the start of shift) • Other task assigned as business need require or demand. Housekeeper Requirements • 5 years of experience required. • Reliable transportation to report to work site • Sound knowledge of different cleaning methods. • The ability to work with minimal supervision. • The ability to multitask. • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills. • Detail-oriented.
