Housekeeper Job in Summerlin South, Nevada

The Assistant Company has been hired by a Las Vegas family to find a mature and reliable Housekeeper ($50k - $60k per year) This position is a live-out position that is responsible for managing the needs of a very busy family and their two estates (Las Vegas & Southern California). The family travels frequently which will require your duties to vary. And it means that there will be times when you are alone in the home because the family is traveling. You will also be required to travel. The Principals are hoping to find an excellent candidate who currently resides in Las Vegas; and who can start immediately. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Housekeeping duties - with lite household management Clean and maintain the properties to the highest standards Running errands as needed Unpacking and organizing Managing various home vendors Travel with principals COMPETENCIES: Great communication skills Ability to understand the clients likes, dislikes and needs Knowledge of a wide range of areas related to this role Responsible, efficient, discreet and organized Must have a good memory REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Residential Housekeeping, Executive Housekeeping, Household Manager or similar experience preferred Must speak English & Spanish Must like dogs Must have a valid driver's license Must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check Must be Covid vaccinated PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
