Housekeeper Job in Rancho Santa Margarita, California

Description: Hello my name is Victor. I am hiring a house cleaner working in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. My aim is to find a cleaner that can clean a room on short notice(12 hr notice) based on airbnb bookings. My wife currently maintains/cleans the rooms. Takes her 20 minutes to clean, changed sheets per room, as well as another 20 to clean the bathroom. Training: We would like to do a paid test run in the next week or two, to show how to clean the room and give an example of how quickly it can be done and what we need/require. Service: If a room gets booked, we would be able to provide when they check out and would need the room cleaned on the day they check out between 10am & 4pm. Additional Description: Not all 3 rooms would need to be cleaned per trip & bathroom would only need to be cleaned once per trip. Our thinking is that we would pay $35 for a trip to clean the bathroom & the designated room. Each additional room would be another $15.
