Housekeeper Job in Victoria, British Columbia

We’re a small B&B having 6 guest rooms. We’re located in the James Bay neighborhood, a 10-minute walk to Inner Harbor. We’re currently looking for a casual worker to prepare those rooms for guests. This includes but not limited to: preparing rooms (replenishing room supplies, collecting bed linen for laundry, making beds, and handling trash) and cleaning rooms (cleaning bathrooms and bedrooms, vacuuming floors, and dusting surfaces). The job hourly rate is CAD$25. The work hours are usually between 11 am to 3 pm. The work shifts are not fixed but on an on-call basis. There are 2 to 4 times a week in summer months; 1 to 2 times a week in spring and fall. The ideal candidate would be someone who lives in James Bay or nearby areas, has flexible time schedules, and pays attention to details. No previous experience is needed. We only reply to chosen candidates in a one-week time window for interviews. We usually provide a free basic training and a (you are) paid hands-on session during an interview.
