Seeking to hire someone to clean
2 bed/1 bath home
in Lake Balboa (Near Van Nuys/Encino) twice a month.
$50 per visit ($100 monthly) CASH or check or Credit card (your preference)
It's about 2-3 hours worth of work.
Fairly easy home to clean; no children nor pets.
There isn't much furniture or clutter throughout.
My main concern is keeping the kitchen clean.
Some things like the oven and fridge are okay to wipe down once a month vs. every visit.
Hardwood floors- just sweep and mop with vinegar/water.
Please be reliable, discrete, detail-oriented.
