Clean 1 bedroom home for 58 year old bachelor: was & dry dishes, wash & fold laundry, then put both away in drawers and cabinet, vacume carpet in living room, sweep & mop floors in kitchen and bedroom, clean bathroom & kitchen, oil antique furniture, recycle aluminum cans & other. I have not installed antique kitchen sink that I have bought yet so dishes must be washed in bathtub after it is cleaned. Job pays $12.00 to start and then $15.00 after 2 months if you are quick worker
