Housekeeper Job in Hagerstown, Maryland

Basic commercial janitorial duties:  Floor sweeping/mopping  Operate floor scrubber/buffer  Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)  Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities  Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects (when required)  Notify supervision of occurring deficiencies  Stock and maintain supply rooms as required QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS  2 years janitorial experience (preferred)  High school diploma or equivalent  Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts  Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery if necessary (i.e. floor waxing/stripping machinery)  Ability to work independently/ minimal supervision  Strong attention to detail  Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary  Familiarity with MSDS Go to focussolutionsservices..... to fill out application and fax it to 302-3181... or email it to [email protected]
