Hi, first let me say that I function best in a clean environment, so maintaining that clarity of space is of much importance to me. Cooking is another passion of mine, as I love to see many enjoy my dishes and see how happy my food can make them. In terms of caring for the elderly and or the young (infant - school goers), what's not to enjoy about life, regardless the age and ability of individual?
