I value peoples belongings and privacy and I am very trusting so I do not go or touch what I am not allowed. I have not had a complaint of any theft or other negative effects that can come from housekeeping, and I have always kept the house the same as what the owners left it.
I have house sat before for a family while they have been gone on vacation or traveling for weddings etc. I have done the dirty deeds (dog pee/poo inside, bathrooms, puke etc.) and I am comfortable with it if need be.
