Family in Pincher Creek, Alberta

I live at 39 Hillside Crescent in Pincher Creek. My home is well maintained with many renovations completed two years ago. I'm a senior male, living with my two cats. I require an efficient and reliable house Cleaning Lady, and maybe occasional house sitting. The main floor has one bedroom, a den, living room, one bathroom, dining area, kitchen and a laundry room. The main floor floors are mainly hardwood, with heavy traffic areas in slate. The basement contains two bedrooms, bathroom, large open space, mechanical room, and storage area. The two cats have their food, water and litter box in the store area. The main floor requires cleaning every two weeks while the basement needs cleaning about every three months. My home is very pleasantly located on a scenic lot and well maintained yard.
