I am a trained pastry chef. I am responsible, hard-working, with impeccable organizational skills. I am self-motivated, and I have developed an efficient work ethic over my few years of experience. I am a Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Patisserie graduate. I have three years of hospitality and restaurant experience. I have always had a keen desire for taking care of others. Over the span of a year, I would house sit and clean for a former employer. I would also prepare meals for her son, and look after her dog. I have prior experience in organic, local cuisine, working at a cafe/restaurant in Guelph, Ontario. I would plan bi-weekly menues and do the food preparation for said menues.
