Housekeeper in West Palm Beach, Florida

My experiences cleaning consist of vac, dusting, polishing of furniture and surfaces, kitchen to include refridg/stove, dishes, bathrms, laundry, ironing, window washing, mirrors, ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, wall/door washing and baseboards. Always open to other requests. I also house sit while client is away whether it's for a weekend, week or they're here seasonal. I care for plants, check under cabinets for water leaks, and bugs . Check furniture for signs of mildew, also closets, clothes and carpet. Check a/c for temp, water heater for leaks, ck fridge/freezer for operation, swish all toilets and flush, run water in showers/tub to flush drains. Change a/c filter if needed, empty and refill damp rid cups and/or bags as needed, keep closet doors open as well as cabinet doors and drawers for ventilation only if client away more than a month. I also pet sit when needed. I have 2 dogs and love animals. I'll feed them, walk them and spend time with them. Making sure their bedding and area is clean, lights on at night and check them physically to see they are well before I leave.
