Freedom Support Services Inc. is a temporary staffing agency headquartered in Toronto serving the health care, social service sectors in south central Ontario. We are currently hiring for one of our clients in York Region (Richmond Hill/Vaughan/Woodbridge) to work in the community with the elderly. Responsibilities In-home support service to assist clients with routine household activities and instrumental activities of daily living, such as housekeeping (of personal living space), household management tasks, shopping and meal preparation. Focus on client ability – supporting them to complete tasks independently and assisting with tasks they cannot perform. Encourage the client in maintaining independence by supporting them to maintain a clean home. Qualifications Valid ON Driver’s License and use of personal vehicle CPR level C Current (within 6 months) Vulnerable Sector Police Screening Clear TB within the last year Good oral and written English communication skills Previous experience in commercial / residential/ Healthcare cleaning and laundry procedures is desirable Start date: ASAP Submit your resume today!
