Whistler Premier, Whistlers leading property management company, is looking for an experienced Housekeeping professional to manage the Housekeeping department. We're looking for someone who is organized and self motivated, with an eye for detail. This position requires someone who takes initiative, and has exceptional follow through. Housekeeping experience, as well as management/leadership experience is required. Willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities: Manage the schedules and day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department. Responsible for ensuring consistent standards of cleanliness throughout hotel. Manage team of room attendants and room inspectors, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
