Housekeeper in Lake Grove, New York

I am currently employed at a large, high-end assisted living community. I manage a staff of 30 housekeepers, laundry aides and porters. I assign daily assignments, do building inspections daily to ensure the appearance is maintained at all times. I thoroughly train all staff to be confident in there position. Order and maintain inventory within allocated budget. Interview, hire and discipline all housekeeping staff. Ensure to be in compliance with DOH
