Introduction to the Company and Role Collective Retreats is a luxury hospitality company providing 5-star service and incredible guest experiences. We are seeking a Housekeeping Associate to clean our guest tents and bathrooms, maintain a clean and safe retreat for our guests, and work with the broader Collective Retreats team to grow our valued brand. The ideal candidate is experienced in Housekeeping and/or Office Cleaning services, highly dependable and thorough, and comfortable in the outdoors. Candidate is comfortable cleaning up to 10 guest tents and bathrooms a day. If you love being outside and working with people, then this is a great opportunity for you! Overview: Glamping and Collective Retreats Collective Retreats operates asset-lite, moveable hotels in premium vacation destinations. We operate high end glamping resorts through luxury canvas tents with beautiful dcor and amenities. We focus on delivering authentic, local experiences for our guests with service on the level of what you would find at a 5-star hotel. Our Retreats offer a wide variety of activities for our guests, both created by our staff and in combination with our trusted activity partners. Collective Retreats is a premium hospitality brand with a strong reputation for quality. We currently operate in three states and have 5-star ratings on Trip Advisor. Responsibilities: Clean and turn all guest tents for new check-ins, daily. Cleaning to include mopping, sweeping, dusting, changing bed sheets, cleaning guest bathrooms, and placing room amenities for new guest check-ins Refresh guest rooms as needed, including sweeping, dusting, changing linens and refreshing bathrooms and amenities Clean common areas including cooking facilities, dining areas, common bathroom, and lodge Maintain organized Housekeeping supplies, tracking usage and sorting incoming deliveries (including linens) Desired Skills and Experience: Prior experience in Housekeeping and/or Office Cleaning Professional, hard-working, enthusiastic, and flexible Thorough and detailed oriented finishes the job with a high level of quality Strong team player who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver great service to our guests in an adventurous outdoor setting Hard worker with a positive, can-do attitude Requirements for Employment: Fluent in English Authorized to work in the U.S. Able to work 20-40 hours per week and willingness to work on both weekends and weekdays, as needed Able to lift 30 pounds and remain standing for extended periods of time Valid drivers license Role is paid hourly plus tips and overtime when applicable. Job Type: Temporary Salary: $11.50 /hour
